What aspect of storytelling brought you to join the team at Wrigley Media Group?

As math is the language of science, financial reporting is the language of business. In other words, a company’s financial information has a story to tell. I believe every organization increases its chance of success by creating a financial roadmap. It is important to develop financial systems that act as a GPS for the organization, so they know whether they are on target or how to adjust if they run into a detour. 

What styles influence you as a storyteller?

My style influences reach far and wide. Some of my favorites include Norman Rockwell, LeRoy Neiman, James Bond, Indiana Jones, Sherlock Holmes, Humphrey Bogart, Leon Redbone, John Prine, Van Morrison, Taj Mahal, and Americana, just to name a few!

Where do you call home, and what inspires you outside of work?  

I am a lifelong Kentuckian and live here with my wife. We have two adult sons and one grandson, as well as a black lab-mix rescue. As an animal lover at heart, I help dog rescues with transports and even foster occasionally. I also support various conservation groups. Golf is my game of choice, as I enjoy being outside, hanging with friends, and even its contemplative practice.
