My love for storytelling started in middle school when I learned to edit videos. In college, I earned a BA in Cinematic Arts from DePaul and freelanced in Chicago before finding my way back to my hometown of Lexington at Wrigley. Storytelling is how I express emotion through visual art and, in turn, experience how it evokes feelings in others. It’s fulfilling when I share work that wows an audience, or when I get the chance to hear and share in their laughter.
An eclectic mix of artistic mediums and moods, from Lovecraftian maritime horror tales to the digital tropics of vaporwave music! Making AI art has also given me a much clearer knowledge of artists throughout history. To me, having a wide taste in media celebrates the limitless creative spectrum humans are capable of.
Lexington feels like the right balance between city and nature for me to call home. I always aim to spend equal time outdoors and in virtual spaces, finding as much wonder exploring a trail as I do learning creative software. In my free time I enjoy playing video games, prompting AI art, and going on adventures with my girlfriend, Sammy. I built my own garden, I love pineapple on pizza, and I can whistle exactly like a bird call or R2-D2!
